March 5 will feature agency briefings and March 6 will be a Hill Day.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Individuals must change and/or cancel the reservation(s) on, or before, 4pm two days (or 48 hours) prior to arrival. If the guest(s) does not do so, then the credit card used to reserve the room(s) will be charged a non-refundable one-night room and tax charge.

Non-Member Rate: $850

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be made after February 1, 2024. Cancellations prior to February 1, 2024 will be charged a $75 administrative fee.
